🧠 Insight: AI is coming for music artists

A Tiktok user by the name of Ghostwriter has released an AI generated song with the vocals of Bad Bunny and Rihanna. And we gotta say, it sounds like the real deal. You can listen to it here →

Ghostwriter also previously released an AI generated song with Drake’s vocals. The song was taken down by TikTok and other social media platforms.

How will the music industry respond when AI can imitate any musician and generate thousands of songs with the click of a button?

Musician Grimes recently said that she’s willing to split 50% of royalties with any AI music producer who uses her vocals (source). But it’s unlikely most musicians and record labels would be open to that.

Interesting times lie ahead.

📰 News: ChatGPT releases Incognito Mode

OpenAI just announced a new feature for ChatGPT that lets you disable your chat history. Think of it as the ChatGPT equivalent of incognito mode in your browser.

Conversations started with the chat history disabled will be deleted after 30 days, and will not be used to train OpenAI’s models. (source)
