📰 News: ChatGPT’s future plans leaked

OpenAI’s CEO Sam Altman recently unveiled future plans for ChatGPT at a private meeting in London, according to a blog post by one of the attendees.

The blog has since been taken down upon OpenAI’s request, but a copy of the blog was saved by a popular internet archiving website.

Here are the key things you need to know from the blog post:

• OpenAI wants to make GPT-4 (the model behind ChatGPT) cheaper and faster.

• They want to enable users to feed and generate images with GPT-4.

• They also want to increase the amount of data their model can receive from users.

Some other notable points from the blog:

• GPT-5 will likely be a few times bigger than GPT-4 - not millions of times bigger as speculated by some.

• The lack of GPUs (Graphic Processing Units) is seriously hampering OpenAI’s ability to scale their operations and app features.

• ChatGPT plugins will likely not be rolled out to enterprise customers anytime soon.
